These Terms of Service apply to your use of the whatever benriya website, product listings, custom 3D printing services, and related communications operated by Null Tech in Hong Kong.
1. Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. Services
We provide custom 3D printing, ready-to-order products, image-to-3D modeling, rush handling, and related services in Hong Kong. Service scope, materials, lead time, and pricing are confirmed per order or quotation.
3. Orders and quotations
Quotations are estimates based on information you provide. Final pricing may change if dimensions, complexity, material, quantity, revisions, or deadline change. Production starts after you confirm the quotation and required details.
4. Payment
Prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless stated otherwise. Payment method and timing are confirmed per order. We may request deposit or full payment before production for selected projects.
5. Production, delivery, and risk
Stated lead times are estimates. We support local meetup, pickup, and delivery where available. Delivery fees, if any, are quoted separately. Risk passes to you upon handover or dispatch, except where law requires otherwise.
6. Cancellations, revisions, and defects
Custom orders may not be cancellable once production has started. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees. If a defect is caused by our production error, we will offer reprint, repair, or another reasonable remedy.
7. Intellectual property
You represent that you have the right to provide designs, images, logos, and files you submit. You grant us a limited licence to use submitted materials solely to fulfil your order. We do not claim ownership of your original designs.
8. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
