This project involved designing and 3D printing a custom, functional enclosure for a Raspberry Pi used in a commercial event booth. Starting entirely from scratch, the hardware components were measured to establish precise physical tolerances. Key functional elements were engineered directly into the 3D model, including a custom cutout for seamless USB port access and a strategic ventilation layout to ensure adequate passive cooling during prolonged use at the event. The resulting model was optimized for 3D printing, delivering a robust and professional case that perfectly met both the functional and presentation requirements of the client's booth.

The client required a custom Raspberry Pi enclosure for an upcoming event booth. The design needed to be built entirely from scratch based on precise physical measurements, ensuring clear access to the USB ports for connectivity and integrated cooling holes to prevent overheating during continuous event runtimes.
Work Scope
Conducted precise physical measurements and tolerance planning for the Raspberry Pi board. Designed a custom 3D enclosure model completely from scratch using CAD software. Engineered dedicated cutouts for USB port accessibility and optimized airflow ventilation. Sliced, calibrated, and executed the 3D print job to deliver the final physical enclosure.
